We use Firebase, a secure cloud platform by Google, to store your information. Your data is protected with industry-standard security measures. We implement strict access controls and security best practices to ensure your information remains safe.

• To display leaderboard rankings for those who opt in

• To provide community features like the leaderboard

Data Sharing

We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Limited profile information (display name and profile photo) may be visible to other users on the leaderboard if you opt in to this feature. You can control your leaderboard visibility through your profile settings.

Your Choices

You can use BriskAI.info without signing in, though some features like progress tracking and the leaderboard require an account. You can adjust your profile settings at any time, including controlling your leaderboard visibility and deleting your account entirely through the Profile page.

Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your personal data at any time. We provide the following options for account deletion:

• Self-service account deletion:
  • Go to your Profile page after signing in
  • Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
  • Click the "Delete My Profile" button
  • Confirm your decision when prompted
• For Facebook-connected accounts: You can also remove our app from your Facebook settings by:
  • Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  • Select "Apps and Websites" from the left menu
  • Find BriskAI in your list of connected apps
  • Click "Remove" to revoke access and delete associated data

When you delete your account, all your personal data will be permanently removed, including:

• Profile information (name, email, profile photo)
• Quiz statistics and history
• Experience points and leaderboard data
• Authentication account information

We will process all deletion requests immediately through our self-service option or within 30 days for email requests. After deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems, though some information may remain in backups for up to 90 days.

Local Storage

In addition to cloud storage, we use local storage in your browser to enhance performance and enable anonymous quiz attempts. This data remains on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
